It looks like Teresa Giudice really is a changed woman. According to OK! Magazine on Thursday, Giudice has apparently been more zen-like since completing her one year stint behind bars for multiple counts of fraud and has made a big effort to be close with her family. In fact, the mother-of-four feels incredibly grateful to Gorga for keeping an eye on her daughters while she was behind bars, too.

A source close to the reality stars dished, "Priorities are a lot different now. In the big scheme of things, all that matters is family and work and health."

For Giudice though, she's going to need her extended family now more than ever. Her husband Joe Giudice, is set to begin his 41-month sentence in March.
