Kristen Stewart was photographed jumping into the arms of a mystery man on Friday, Feb. 22 shortly before her foot injury.

A photo of a man picking up Stewart has gone viral because the man in question is smiling and looking directly into her eyes as he is holding her up in the air. According to one report, he was seen grabbing her butt at one point. While some reports identify the mystery man as Marcus Foster, a friend of Robert Pattinson's, another is stating that it might not be the case.

Stewart was hanging with a group of friends in her Loz Feliz neighborhood with Foster and another man, Jack Standen, according to X-17 Online. The group were also seen going in and out of a private home. Stewart was seen with the same group of pals earlier in the week at En Sushi restaurant in Los Feliz, according to Mail Online. The pals reportedly gathered to celebrate the birthday of a mutual friend, Scout Compton.

"They were celebrating a friend's birthday and sang Happy Birthday to her," a source told Perez Hilton. "They all shared the hot chocolate cake," said the insider.

According to the source, Stewart was "very nice and sweet" and her friends were also "very nice" at the hotspot she has frequented with Pattinson in the past.

"Kristen has been here before with Robert Pattinson but he has not been here for quite some time," the source said.

Pattinson is away in Adelaide, Australia filming a futuristic sci-fi thriller The Rover with co-star Guy Pearce. He flew Down Under in mid-January to shoot the film for nine weeks.

Stewart presented the Production Design Oscar onstage with Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe at the Academy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 24. She revealed she had a foot injury when she exited her limo walking on crutches outside of the Dolby Theater.

She gained sympathy backstage from reporters, fans and even first-time Oscar winner Anne Hathaway. After Hathaway won her award for Best Supporting Actress, she expressed sympathy to Stewart. The Twilight actress explained to Hathaway that she had cut her foot recently after stepping on glass.

"I just hope [the wound] doesn't open up right now," Stewart reportedly told Hathaway.
