It looks like David and Victoria Beckham are having a hard time seeing their son Brooklyn not only growing up, but becoming a handsome young man who is slowly dipping his feet into the dating pool. There's a new report that says the superstar couple is dinging it "difficult" to watch their eldest son go out on dates.

According to Xpose on Friday, David himself admitted that Brooklyn has been dating a number of models and actresses and that he and his wife Victoria are having a hard time "processing it all."

He said, "'I think it's easier for me than Brooklyn's mum, you know? To see her little boy go out and date ... Obviously for mums I think it's slightly more difficult with the boys but obviously once Harper [their daughter] starts [dating] ... I don't even want to think about that at the moment.''

David also added that he and Victoria are strict parents, but that they also want to see their four children, which also include sons Romeo and Cruz and their 4-year-old daughter Harper, follow their dreams and passions in life.

The former international soccer star said, "It's one thing I always tell my kids. If they're passionate about something, they need to go for it.''

What's more, Victoria is also pretty eager to see Harper take on anything else but soccer as she's been a "football" mom for as long as she can remember.

David explained, "I think Victoria's had 16 years of sitting on cold Sunday mornings on the sidelines, watching the boys. She'd like to sit indoors and watch Harper either play tennis or ballet or tap. But if ever Harper does want to go and play football, Victoria will support her.''
