Justin Bieber spent his 19th birthday by kicking a party after his concert in Birmingham with a few blonde ladies, including his rumored girlfriend Ella Paige Roberts Clarke, according to the Hollywood Life.

The Boyfriend singer has been hitting the nightlife since arriving in UK for his Believe tour. Dressed in a cream cardigan, black vest and pants, Bieber partied until the early morning hours at club "BLC," and reportedly brought a mystery woman back to his hotel without a shirt and with his pants barely covering his bottom. The star reportedly invited 20 of his closest friends, and saved lots of cash for the occasion. Last year for his birthday, he got a Fisher Karma car from manager Scooter Braun.

Along for the ride were Justin's deejayTay James, his girlfriend Ella Paige, and another few ladies.

"Justin wants to celebrate in style and he loves clubbing in London," a source said.

According to an insider, Justin and his friends have been planning his birthday for weeks. "He's been looking for the perfect venue and finally settled on Cirque Du Soir as he loved the kitsch theme," the source said.

"The venue is all ready for him, with clowns, goblins, aerial acts and some fire-eaters."

After the concert, he took to Twitter to say: "Great show!!! Now gonna go celebrate 19!! Thanks."

Bieber went topless as he arrived back at his hotel in a very chilly London last night after performing in Birmingham earlier in the evening.

"It's no accident that there's a break in his UK tour which coincides with his birthday."

Meanwhile, Bieber's ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez was spotted in LA eating sushi with a friend.

Bieber and the actress/singer split in late December but a source said the former Disney star still thinks about Bieber, and that she is worried about his wild behavior.

"Selena has been really worried about Justin and his out of control actions," the source said. "She's been trying to be supportive in the past few weeks."

The insider also added that Gomez's worries are making the pop star think there is hope of them getting back together.

Bieber is nominated for Favorite Male Singer for the 2013 Kid's Choice Awards, which is set to air on March 23.
