It looks like Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard are still in Central America after all. After several reports indicated that the couple left their missionary work because of the current Zika virus situation, Jill shared a new photo of her son Israel bonding with the locals in Guatemala.

Sharing a pic of Israel making fast friends, Jill captioned her photo simply, "Israel loves making new friends!

Many of the couple's fans have been concerned because the couple have been awfully quiet on their social media pages for the last month. Many have commented on her new photo, "Put pants and long sleeves on that kid That virus thing is rampant where you are," along with, "Awww love this and I love Israel's clothes but cover him up Jill!"

Another concerned fan wrote, "Izzy looks very very unhappy and maybe a little unhealthy. I hope you guys are safe and back home in Arkansas."

So far neither Jill nor Derick have made any comments about their whereabouts or whether or not they plan on staying in Central America. It's also been rumored that the couple are not returning to reality television, even though the rest of the Duggar family is eager to get back on the small screen.
