There's nothing worse than keeping to that New Year's resolution to eat healthier and having a craving for a sweet, frozen dessert--but thankfully, National Frozen Yogurt Day is just around the corner, and plenty of places are offering sweet deals on ice cream's healthier cousin.

The official holiday isn't until Saturday, Feb. 6, but plenty of places are extending their offers, with some already in effect, and others set to continue on past the actual day itself, meaning you can enjoy your frozen yogurt more than just one day!

16 Handles: Sign up for the rewards program and get a free 6 oz. cup of froyo with toppings on Feb. 6.
