Katie May has died just days after suffering a photo shoot injury.

Last week on Twitter, May, the 34-year-old "Queen of Snapchat," posted a tweet, revealing she had injured her neck during a recent shoot.

Sadly, just three days after the post was shared, May suffered a stroke, which left her in critical condition, and ultimately took her life.

"Katie's neck pain after the fall was so bad, she went to a hospital to get checked out, and was released later that day, but on Friday the pain remained," TMZ reported on Thursday.

Although May believed she had sufferd a pinched nerve, it is suspected that she actually tore the carotid artery in her neck, which may have caused a blood clot that broke off and caused her stroke.

“Anyone who was lucky enough to know Katie May was truly blessed by her incredible heart, mind and soul,” read a message on the Go Fund Me page set up for May's 7-year-old daughter. “She was an inspiration and a guiding light to so many people in this world. Please help us by donating money to support her daughter and best friend Mia. We want to raise as much money for Mia's living trust as possible to ensure she will always be taken care of. Mia was Katie's whole life, so please help Katie, Mia and us by donating money to Mia.”

At the time of publication, May's page had raised over $12,000 of their $100,000 goal.
