She was one of many celebrities in Hollywood who proudly showed off her breast augmentation a few years back, but Nicole Kidman has since gone back under the knife and had her implants removed.

The actress showed off a smaller and flatter looking chest at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards last week, and now, reports have emerged that she underwent a procedure to have the implants removed and return to her more natural chest.  

"She doesn't want anything that could be toxic inside her body," a source of the 48-year-old actress told In Touch.

Kidman initially underwent the procedure less than two years ago, and stepped out with a bigger chest, which was believed to have been plastic surgery. However, it appears that because she changed her mind about having them in her body, she has removed them now. 

"She was so proud of them at the time and loved to show off her figure in sexy dresses," the source said. "But Nic decided to reverse the procedure late last year." 

News about Kidman's looks and reports of plastic surgery aren't new of course. She's often been believed to be an avid user of Botox injections--and was reported last year to have gotten her husband, Keith Urban, also into the treatments, leading to the two competing to see who could get more done.
