A recent TVLine spoiler report addressed a question about Felicity's (Emily Bett Rickards) temporarily handicap condition in season 4 of Arrow.

Felicity Will Be 'Conflicted' About Her Father's Return, Showrunner Dishes 

While answering the question about how long Felicity might be wheelchair bound, Wendy Mericle, the executive producer of Arrow, revealed that Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity will be taking a big decision in the next episode. Mericle revealed that her handicap mmight have repercussions.

"We will definitely feel the weight of it" Mericle said. "There's a big decision she and Oliver are going to make at the end of [Episode 413, airing Feb. 10], and it will inform a journey in 414 and 415 that she goes on with respect to how she's going to handle being in a relationship, from the point of view of somebody who's in a wheelchair. It's a very small thing, but it is powerful and it is very emotional."

The synopsis and preview clip for the next episode, 'Sins of the Father,' of season 4 of Arrow have also been unveiled.

This episode is going to bring Nyssa al-Ghul (Katrina Law) back into the frame as she plot revenge against Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), the most intriguing part is that she will try and bring Oliver (Stephen Amell) into her fold and he might have to oblige.

Here's the official synopsis:

"Oliver (Stephen Amell) receives an offer from Nyssa (gues star Katrina Law) that is hard to refuse. Meanwhile Thea (Willa Holland) continues to battle the blood lust, Malcolm (John Barrowman) steps in to help his daughter, and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) has a heart to heart talk with Nyssa."

The episode will air on February 10 at 8 pm on The CW.
