Even after Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel confirmed their pregnancy, more baby rumors continue to swirl around the couple.

"Josh & Me & Baby makes three!!#mylovelybabybump." The Black Eyes Peas singer posted on Twitter on Feb. 18.

But a new report claims that Fergie should change that number to "four" because she's expecting twins. "Fergie and Josh feel like they hit the baby jackpot," a source told The National Enquirer. "They waited a long time, but it's all paying off because they say they're expecting twins. They couldn't be happier!"

Fergie was spotted in Milan, Italy on Feb. 23 showing off her growing baby bump, The Huffington Post reported along with photos of the expecting mom.

The 37-year-old singer appeared to be trying to hide her bump under layers of clothing, wearing a white blouse, gray vest and leather jacket. However, Fergie's pregnancy curves were on full display as she was greeted by fans outside a party hosted by Armani.

Neither Fergie nor Duhamel has commented on the rumor yet.

"Fergie cut back on her career, and she's taken really good care of herself. No booze, a healthy diet and plenty of sex!" a source said.

At Duhamel's launch party for his Moves magazine cover this week in New York, he describes his new fatherhood as "incredible."

He said that everytime he sees Fergie, he sees "this little thing that inside," adding: "It's one of those things you can really describe until you're going through it."

Josh who wed to the singer in 2009 said he doesn't care what the sex is as long as it's "happy, healthy, holy."

According to The New York Post, Duhamel spoke about when he and his wife found out they were having a baby.

"She [Fergie] was the one when we first found out that was like, 'This s*** just got real.' Those were the first words out of her mouth."

"I'm not 24, I've got some life experiences that I think I can impart," he said.
