It all began when Jill posted a photo of her husband Derick painting her toenails. Many Duggar family fans immediately pointed out that the last time Jill posted a similar photo, the couple went on to announce their pregnancy.
Jill captioned her photo simply with, "My hubby painted my nails yesterday! He is the sweetest! @derickdillard I love you!"

That prompted some fans to comment on the photo almost immediately with, "Congratulations! This pregnancy shall be a breeze" along with, "Didn't Derick do that when u were expecting...very sweet...men that love...love in every way your a lucky girl."
Another skeptic though wrote, "Why is everyone assuming she is pregnant? You know what happens when you assume. Maybe he does this all the time Personally I opt for professional pedicures but based on where they are living that may not be an option. However, she should be painting her own toenails while Derrick watches that baby now that he appears to be walking!"
