The awkward tension between Karen Huger and Gizelle of Bravo’s latest reality series The Real Housewives of Potomac is still going strong.

Drama Heats Up for Ladies Of ‘The Real Housewives Of Potomac’

At least it is if you ask Huger. While speaking to Bossip on the new series earlier this month, she dished on her drama with Gizelle that has been playing out since the first episode.

“Gizelle is special,” she said. “you know that right? That’s all I can say. I love my Gizelle. She is a very intelligent, fun person…She has her likes and dislikes…Something is wrong… I think you’re gonna have to ask Gizelle about that. I just say she’s special.”

Considering Potomac is the newest of many shows in the Real Housewives franchise, Huger also took time to explain what makes their cast stand apart from the rest.

“We are six dynamic women,” she said. “We all bring something different to the table. We do a lot of philanthropic work. We are givers of our community as well as a small reflection of what Potomac is.”

As for herself, Huger said she is using this opportunity to re-brand herself after raising her children and having an ‘empty nest.”

Still, Huger hasn’t rubbed her co-stars or fans the right way as she has been dubbed the “uptight” one. But she doesn’t seem to mind.

“Thank you for watching me and having an opinion. That makes me relevant. I take those views into consideration. But I can guarantee you, I’m far from uptight…”
