Justin Bieber's best friend Lil' Twist had another incident with the 19-year-old's expensive Fisker Karma car this week and rumors are circulating that Chris Brown may have been involved.

Lil' Twist was driving Bieber's car that he received as a gift last year for his 18th birthday and crashed it into two poles outside a liquor store in San Fernando Valley on Tuesday, March 5. The incident occurred less than a week after Lil' Twist was pulled over in Bieber's car on a California freeway and received a ticket for tinted windows. Bieber was away in London at the time.

Chris Brown and another passenger reportedly pulled up to the scene of the accident in a BMW and told Lil' Twist to "Get all the pieces from the car [that fell] and put it in the car [the BMW]," a source told TMZ.

After the damaged Fisker parts were placed in the BMW, Brown and his passenger allegedly drove away.

Brown's rep have yet to comment on the Fisker Karma incident.

The news came out that Brown may have been involved in assisting Lil' Twist with the Fisker Karma car crash the day after he exploded at a parking attendant over a $10 valet parking charge. Brown yelled at an attendant on Wednesday night because the Fortune singer was inside a Los Angeles event for only thirty minutes and felt he shouldn't have to pay for a parking fee.

TMZ has obtained a video where Brown is overheard threatening the attendant, telling him that he would "turn this whole spot up."

In the video below, Brown is heard saying, "Gimme my keys ... we gonna turn this whole spot up ... I promise you."

After one of Brown's friends gave the attendant $10, the Dont Judge Me singer spewed "funky ass ten dollars!" then drove away and sped off.
