The Bachelor universe has been rocked by the death of another former member from its ranks.

Is Ben Having Second Thoughts About His Choices?

Lex McAllister, who was a contestant during season 14 with Jake Pavelka, was reportedly found unresponsive over the weekend, according to TMZ. Sources told the website that a 911 call was received by authorities around 2 p.m. on Saturday after the caller said McAllister texted earlier that day saying she wanted to 'end her life' and was later discovered having appeared to OD on prescription pills.

She was reportedly brought to the hospital in stable condition but her body began shutting down and her family took her off of life support, leading to her death Tuesday morning.

Did [SPOILER] Win Ben's Heart?

Her family reportedly believes she took her own life, and have said she suffered from depression and bipolar disorders.

McAllister was eliminated from Pavelka's season after the first week, but later made waves after his breakup with eventual winner Vienna Girardi, when she blamed Pavelka for the relationship souring.

She is the second contestant from his season to commit suicide. Gia Allemand, who was Pavelka's second-runner up, died after her own apparent suicide in 2013, after hanging herself in the home she shared with then boyfriend, NBA star Ryan Anderson. She was taken off life support after being declared brain dead.

Other members from the franchise who have passed away also included Julien Hug, who competed on Jillian Harris' season of The Bachelorette, after he committed suicide in 2010. Eric Hill, a contestant from Andi Dorfman's season, also died after his elimination after a paragliding accident.

There has been no comment from anyone related to the franchise on McAllister's death.
