As the fourth season of Vanderpump Rules prepares to come to a close, fans are waiting on the edge of their seats to see if Madix and Sandoval will take their relationship to the next level, and on Instagram, the pair appears closer than ever.
"My Lil Dumplin @ariana252525 tryin to embarrass me... #udabest," Sandoval wrote on Instagram last week, along with a photo of his girlfriend's Valentine's Day gift to him.

Madix and Sandoval began dating after season two of Vanderpump Rules, and at the end of season three, they decided to move in together. However, when it comes to a proposal, it's hard to say if they are ready for the commitment.
"People have been asking me this question since three months after me and Ariana started dating, they're like, 'When you gonna get married, when you gonna get married,'" Sandoval admitted during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live at the end of last year. "And well, not saying it's out of the question, but it's definitely, eventually... maybe."
