She started by saying Dash “might never work again…With Black people, or for White people,” after Dash wished everyone a Happy Black History Month after host Chris Rock announced her as the new Director of the Minority Outreach Program. Dash added, “I can’t wait to help my people out.”

Dash has also said in the past that America should get rid of the month.

“Yes we understand that she’s a good looking woman. But that little [laugh] at the end, that was really airy. Very airy. I was embarrassed for her.”

Williams went on to point out the reaction of some of Hollywood’s biggest stars who were in the room.

“That joke fell flat. You could hear a pin drop in the auditorium other than people going ‘hmmm…’ There was no clapping.”
