To say the reunion special of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta was a juicy one, is probably a huge understatement and we have all the details.

And it began before the ladies even sat down to film! For starters, new co-stars and arch nemesis Kenya Moore and Kim Fields had “separate dressing rooms on opposite sides,” on insider said Tuesday. “There was extra security to keep things in order.”

But keeping them separate was not an easy thing to do once the show officially began.

Apparently Fields “tore into Kenya for bringing up rumors [her husband] Christian (Morgan) is gay. They have a family and Kenya’s words have done a lot of damage.”

But that didn’t stop Moore from bringing up even more issues the couple supposedly has.

“[Kenya] said she didn’t think the cast really cared either way if her husband were gay or whether or not they were having tax problems or any other kind of problems.”

They weren’t the only ladies who experienced drama with their families.

Phaedra Parks is slated to take her and Apollo Nida’s two sons, Ayden, 5, and Dylan, 2, to visit Nida in federal prison at Fort Dixon. He is currently serving an eight year sentence after pleading guilty to several serious fraud charges including identity theft.

That episode is slated to air Sunday, but Parks dished on their visit during the reunion as well.

The insider continued and said taking the young boys to see Nida “was the last thing [Parks] wanted to do with the boys. Phaedra wants the boys to have a relationship with their father, but going to the prison was more than she could handle. Ayden is asking when they can go back to see Apollo.”

As for NeNe Leakes, she did make an appearance, but still left her co-stars with questions of her status on the show.

“Her involvement was uncertain until the last minute.”

But she definitely brought her glam squad and apparently made the network foot the bill.

When it comes to Cynthia Bailey and her husband Peter Thomas, word is they might split after the reunion airs.

“There was speculation Cynthia would finally leave Peter once the reunion was over. Cynthia is tired of having her marriage play out on national television.”

The full reunion special is slated to have three parts.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
