A new trailer for Finding Dory is out now and Dory's forgetfulness spurs a whole lot of funny adventures.

Finding Dory To Be Anti-Sea World, Hints Ellen DeGeneres

Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) and all her fun pals are seen in the clip as she wanders through the ocean, often forgetting who she is. The clip starts with the great sting ray migration with Dory inquiring about how the stingrays figure out which way to head. One of the stingrays tells her that they follow something deep inside them that sounds so familiar that they just have to listen to it. The trailer brings up the main plot of the movie, i.e. Dory's search for her family coupled with her condition of partial amnesia. She is seen experiencing faint flashbacks and realizes she really misses her family. Dory also encounters old friends and finds herself in all manner of funny situations.

In other related news, recently it was revealed that three new characters are set to amp up the excitement in the sea expedition of Finding Dory.

One of these characters, about whom nothing is known, will be portrayed by Michael Sheen. The other two characters will be Dory's friends. One of these aquatic creatures, Bailey, will be voiced by Modern Family's Ty Burrell, and the other, Destiny, will be portrayed by Kaitlin Olsen of It's Always Funny in Philadelphia fame.

Olsen and Burrell also spoke to Entertainment Weekly about playing the characters, who will essentially be a team.

"My character isn't great at his own sonar capability, and Destiny has trouble swimming straight," Burrell said.

"We would just play off each other," Olson said. "Though to be honest, I was probably the boss of the entire situation, because I always like to be."

Finding Dory will open in theaters on June 17, 2016.
