Brooke Burke-Charvet, co-host of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, was spotted with an incredibly tight midsection since she underwent surgery in January.

Burke-Charvet, 41, who has her own workout DVDs titled Brooke Burke Body, left a gym in Malibu wearing a white sports bra, showing off her abs, on March 3.

The mother of four had surgery for her thyroid cancer, which she discussed in January on Good Morning America. Her surgery took place on Dec. 5.

Burke-Charvet recorded her cancer journey on her blog, Modern Mom.

The mother of four said she didn't have any symptoms before receiving the news on her diagnosis.

"I never thought I'd hear the word 'cancer' in relation to myself. The [thought] in my mind when I [heard the news] is that I'm a mother, I've got four children, I've got a family counting on me," she said, according to People.

While on Good Morning America, she said she usually puts a scarf around her neck to cover her scar, but didn't on the talk show.

"But you know what, it's fresh, it's a month old and I think scars tell a story. And I'm so fortunate," she said on Good Morning America.
