Lisa Vanderpump applauded Katie Maloney in her latest blog.

'Vanderpump Rules' Katie Maloney & Tom Schwartz Fighting Over Ariana Madix?!

After watching Maloney confront Stassi Schroeder in Palm Springs, Calif. during a cast trip, the reality star took to her blog, where she told readers she felt the Vanderpump Rules star did the right thing.

"I see a glimpse of sincerity when you see Stassi's reaction because she's taken off guard by the arrival of Katie. I think Katie's plan was ultimately a good one. It's not one that I recommended, but I think, actually, she was right with her tactic," Vanderpump wrote in her Bravo TV blog last week.

"I'm proud of the way Katie stood up to Stassi. She held her ground, but she kept her heart opened," Vanderpump continued. "I think she forgave her, that's good. The hug, uhhh, I don't know. I would've held out a little longer for that one."

As for Maloney's brief spat with Tom Schwartz, Vanderpump added, "I love Katie and Schwartz, make no mistake about that, they're two wonderful people that are very close to my heart, and, ultimately, I want their relationship to really flourish."

During the show, Maloney accused Schwartz of not having her back during a drunken fight that did not air on the show, but luckily, they were able to work through the issue days later.
