When it comes to Kate Middleton and Prince William, it looks like they just can't catch a break from their critics, no matter what they do--or don't do. This time around critics are calling them "work shy" and "tone deaf" for taking yet another family vacation financed by British tax payers to the French Alps.

Kate Middleton 'Disgusted' With Sarah Ferguson?

Many commenters say that that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge seem to be enjoying the high life quite well, considering they've only put in a few hours of actual work this year yet have spent most of their free time either allegedly shopping or staying home in their private residence in Norfolk.

After Kensington Palace released new photos of the royal couple enjoying their snow-filled vacation in the Alps with their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, their fans seemed to be less than impressed.

Duchess Catherine News: Critics Say Kate Middleton's Diet Is Taking A Toll On Her Looks

According to the popular gossip blog Celebitchy, some fans have commented with, "There's nothing like countering work-shy claims with vacation photos. *sarcasm*," along with, "The children are adorable, but wow, Kate and William are incredibly tone-deaf."

Another critic wrote, "I do not see any problems with their vacationing. But his super private craziness and his take towards the media and his work-shy attitude make me feel dizzy. Kids are cute, what a pity they use them as a toy. And they are toying with us too."

So far, a rep for the British royal family has not responded to the criticism, nor have they explained why the Duke and Duchess have had so few public engagements scheduled since the beginning of this year.
