Rapper Tone Loc collapsed on Saturday during a St. Patrick's Day concert in Des Moines, Iowa.

According to the Des Moines Register, Loc was performing at the Bridge Bash on Saturday night with other rappers. He finished one song and then fell to the ground.

"The seriousness of the incident was not immediately apparent," the paper wrote on Sunday. A video of the incident posted on YouTube showed paramedics attending a person laying on the floor.

The incident ended the show abruptly and just five minutes after he collapsed, fans were asked to leave the venue, according to the paper.

There have not been updates about the rapper's health. However, this is not the first time that he collapses. The singer collapsed on stage in 2009 in Florida and in 2011 in Atlanta, according to NBC News. Celebrities' website TMZ.com reports that the latest collapse he suffered was in 2012 in Texas.

Loc is a Grammy-Winning rapper who burst onto the music scene in the late 1980s. He received two Grammys in 1990 for Best New Artist and Best Rap Solo Performance.

He has also starred in more than a dozen movies, including "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective," and "Heat."

His most popular hits include "Funky Cold Medina" and "Wild Thing."
