The Dread Doctors are dead, but their story is far from over. The final moments of "Apotheosis" took viewers back the Docs' lair, and it appears one of their lab experiments is done living the test tube life.

"That was the Nazi werewolf!" showrunner Jeff Davis told TV Line. "I can absolutely confirm that the soldier has left the machine and will be a part of Season 6, a threat. It was something we were planning for a while, and we weren't sure if we were going to use that final shot, but once we started shooting Season 6, we figured we might as well use it."

Just what Beacon Hills needs - a genocidal war criminal hopped up on lycanthropic mojo. Teen Wolf should pull the nogitsune back out of hiding and these two could have a nice long chat about life before the A-bomb.
