Director Alison Eastwood, actor Clint Eastwood's daughter, got married on March 15 to Stacy Poitras of CMT's Chainsaw Gang during an intimate wedding in California.

Those in attendance included Alison's father and mother Maggie, her brothers - jazz musician Kyle and Trouble with the Curve star Scott - and Clint's wife Dina.

"We are thrilled to be surrounded by our family for this very special day and appreciate their love and support as we begin our married life together," the couple told People.

The bride wore a beaded gown by Les Habitudes with a 1930s look and the couple's rings were designed by Philip Press, The reception meal included a vegetarian option for the bride, and elk and salmon for the other guests.

The couple met five years ago at the studio for Chainsaw Gang, a show about artists who make sculptures with chainsaws, and Poitras proposed to Eastwood after two years of dating.

Poitras said he asked Clint for his blessing before proposing and he told Westlake Magazine in the March/April issue, "He looked at me for four or five seconds, which felt like 15 minutes, and then he said, 'You're going to have to take that up with her.' I said, 'Is that a yes or a no?' And he said, 'That's a yes,' and he shook my hand."
