They're finally through all the drama, and now the time has come to really have some fun on their final vacation for the Party Down South gang.

Among the things that will really let them get it going will be a trip to Nascar, and the gang is going to have one hell of a time. But the party will take a dark turn quickly after the return of Wild Lyle ends with him potentially heading to the hospital.

Things will start off on a positive note, however, as Lyle celebrates his freedom now that he and Santana are at least temporarily finished with one another, and the rest of the gang is loving that he's back to his party boy ways.

"Nothing would make me happier than to see Lyle hook up with somebody as long as her name isn't Santana," Lauren says in a preview clip for the Thursday, March 10 episode.

But unfortunately, things could still keep Lyle from hooking up with someone new, and he may even get a phone call from Santana that winds up getting him to a point where he isn't feeling so well—which infuriates the roommates all over again.

"This girl has literally made him sick," Mattie fumes.

And finally, after he starts genuinely feeling like he can't handle whatever is going on, Lyle will ask to go to the hospital.

"I can't breathe...I'm going to the hospital," he says to Murray in the clip.

"Daddy, call an ambulance," Murray says.

Party Down South airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on CMT.
