On Sunday's epsiode of All Star Celebrity Apprentice, Latoya Jackson was fired from Donald Trump for not being clever enough to bring her team member Omarosa Manigault back into the board room with her. Jackson, cleary devastated about the firing, became so upset that she said Manigault's late fiance "died from a heart attack and (Manigault) may have been the one that caused it." Following her remarks, the Apprentice alum plans to file a law suit.

Maingault's late fiancé is Michael Clarke-Duncan, who suffered a heart attack and later died on Sept. 3, 2012. Jacskon made another salacious comment about the Green Mile actor's death in her confessional to the cameras in her car ride on her way to the airport.

"She's a conniving, scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Duncan Clarke ... and I thought Mr. Trump was falling for that fake cry. Such a lie!" LaToya said after she was fired in the boardroom.

Manigault's attorney said on Monday that Jackson's comments that "Manigault caused her fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan to die, is false, vicious and defamatory."

"Rev. Manigault has been heralded as a life saver for her actions on the evening that her fiancé suffered a life-ending heart attack," Mangault's attorney told Radar Online. "It is because of her bravery that Mr. Duncan - the love of Rev. Manigault's life - was able to live for months beyond that tragic night. Mr. Duncan passed away from natural causes."

"Ms. Jackson made the statement immediately after having been "fired" off the show, and blames Rev. Manigault for her loss," the attorney added. "It is repulsive and of the lowest level of class for Ms. Jackson, who showed herself to be a "sore loser" in making these disgusting statements in the wake of Rev. Manigault's tragic loss."

In episode 3 titled, I'm Being Punked By A Jackson, Jackson started a heated argument with Manigault when she asked her to "please be quiet."

"Oh no no, you not gonna tell me to be quiet," Manigault replied.

"I want you to be quiet," Jackson told her.

"You better be respectful...Don't ever tell me to be quiet LaToya, you're project manager," Manigault fired back.

Jackson wouldn't stop talking so Manigault raised her voice and said:

"Let me tell you something Latoya, don't ever be disrespectful and tell someone to be quiet," she added. "Look at good leadership. Good leadership is not being disrespectful," Manigault told her project manager.

"I will take you down...I will take you down, if you disrespect me," Manigault threatened.
