Lindsay Lohan is due to spend 90 days in a rehabilitation facility as part of a plea deal reached Monday after lying to police about a car crash, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Her lawyers spoke with prosecutors for over an hour before Lohan agreed to the deal, according to the report.

The actress pleaded no contest to driving recklessly, lying to police and obstructing officers investigating the accident that involved the actress in June. She will spend 18 months in psychotherapy and perform 30 days of community service in New York, reported Fox News.

Lohan faced up to a year in jail on three misdemeanor counts related to a collision on June 2012 on the Pacific Coast Highway and a violation of probation of a shoplifting conviction in 2011.

She made a flight just in time for her court trial to enter the plea.

The 26-year-old caught an overnight flight to Los Angeles on a private jet, according to her Twitter account. The LA Times reported that her flight was delayed and landed at LAX at about 8:30 a.m.

According to several people with knowledge of the situation, there had been talk of a possible plea deal for weeks, but Lohan did not agree to the deal until Monday morning.
