Amal and George Clooney are making it no secret that they are "with her" this political season. What's more, the Hollywood couple is not only supporting Hillary Clinton in her bid for the White House this year, but they are also taking aim at Donald Trump, who might just become the former First Lady's Republican opponent.

George himself took the opportunity to bash the New York businessman by criticizing his rhetoric while avoiding to even utter his name, according to Page Six on Monday. Trump has been called everything from a "racist" to a "fascist" as his numbers continue to climb in the polls.

"If you listen to the loudest voices out there today, you'd think we're a country that hates Mexicans, hates Muslims, and thinks that committing war crimes is the best way to make America great again," the Hollywood actor explains. "The truth is that the only thing that would prevent America from being great would be to empower these voices."

George goes on to praise Clinton, by saying she is "a voice of tolerance and experience ... who's spent a lifetime fighting for the rights of the less fortunate. A candidate who knows firsthand the complexity of our international relationships."

George and Amal will be hosting a fundraiser for Clinton in their Los Angeles home on April 16. Tickets for the event are $33,400. In 2012, George hosted a similar event for President Obama, which ultimately raised $15 million for his campaign.
