Joe Jackson may be the patriarch of one of the most famous musical families ever, but that didn't stop him from hocking perfume at a stand at a Las Vegas mall yesterday.
TMZ reports Jackson was a special guest at the Julian Rouas Paris kiosk stand which is selling "Jackson Perfumes." A famous Michael Jackson sketch was on display on the cart. Problem is, the selling of the perfumes may be illegal.

Bravado International, which owns the trademark to all things Michael Jackson is suing Julian Rouas Paris saying the company never got permission to use Michael's name or image.
