Rush Limbaugh openly criticized Beyonce on Wednesday for doing what he called a "complete 180" after she released her new single Bow Down/I Been On.

He said on The Rush Limbaugh Show the singer's new song reeks of anti-feminism since she tells her female fans to "bow down" to their boyfriends and husbands because that is what she is doing with her "rich guy" Jay-Z.

"[Destiny's Child] songs were attempts to inspire young women not to take any grief from men. She's done a 180," Limbaugh said on his show. "Beyoncé, now having been married, having been impregnated and giving birth to Blue Ivy ... she's got a new song, 'Bow, Down Bitches' ... Beyoncé is now saying, 'Go ahead and put up with it!' You know why? I'll tell you why,"

The talk show host then said Beyonce "married a rich guy" and even calls herself "Mrs. Carter" in her tour in light of the fact that "she has shelved Beyoncé ... She now understands it's worth it to bow down."

Critics slammed Limabugh's comments, saying it is evident that he did not listen to the song's full lyrics.

Beyonce sings: "don't think I'm just his little wife" and "don't get it twisted, get it twisted, this my sh*t, bow down b---hes," which suggests that she is independent of her husband. In the lyric, "Bow down hoes" Beyonce is telling her critics to give her respect for her success instead of panning her negatively.

E! News wrote that when Beyonce sings: "I know when you were little girls/You dreamt of being in my world/Don't forget it, don't forget it/Respect that. Bow Down Bitches," she is referring to her peers who are trying to replace her spot as the most successful R&B singer in the business.

Beyoncé, who recently signed on to be the new face of H&M's summer collection, released the audio for her first single Bow Down/I Been On on her Tumblr blog Sunday. The song is presumed to be the first track from her upcoming, as-yet-named album expected to be released at the end of the year.

Limbaugh is not the only person to publicly slam the song since it's release. Fellow R&B singer Keyshia Cole called Beyoncé out indirectly- she didn't say her name- by suggesting the Houston native is a hypocrite for promoting unity in previous songs but to now suggest that people "bow down b*tches."

"Can't stand when people all self-righteous when it's convenient it makes them look good. Lmao! But can still talk sh*t when convenient 2 FOH," Cole tweeted. "I done kept it real from the start! #RespectTHAT."

"First 'Women need to Stick together' now b*tches better Bow. Smh. But it's all G! Chicks stay shooting the sh*t. But when I speak my mind its a prob. #Well #StayMad.," she added.

Beyonce nor her rep have responded to the comments.
