Fomrer teen tennis prodigy Jennifer Capriati may have been successful on the court but in the courtroom, she's faced more than one accusation in reference to her personal life.

Capriati faces battery and stalking charges in Palm Beach County, Fla. According to the police at North Palm Beach, Capriati approached ex-boyfriend Ivan Brannan at a gym and began yelling at him. Brannan tried to leave by heading to the men's locker room but Capriati blocked his path and punched him in the chest.

County records state that Capriati has not been arrested but has is summoned to appear before a judge on April 17. The summons indicates that she "actually and intentionally touch[ed] and [struck]" Brannan and "willfully, maliciously and repeatedly follow[ed], harass[ed]" him, according to Yahoo. 

Capriati and Brannan split in February of 2012.

The 36-year-old athlete is a three-time Major winner as well as a member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame. She won a gold medal at the Olympics in 1992 and made a winning return to the sport in the early 2000s. Capriati ran into trouble in the past when she was arrested for shoplifting and another incident where she was accused of marijuana possession
