It turns out that Kristen Stewart's rumored girlfriend has a connection with her infamous ex.

On Saturday, A Music Blog, Yea? shared an interview with French singer Soko, who's speculated to be in a relationship with Stewart ever since they've been spotted locking lips and holding hands. And as it turns out, Soko revealed she once went on a blind date with Robert Pattinson, who dated Stewart years back.

The singer opened up on what it was like moving to Los Angeles where she didn't know too many people. But she managed to make decent connections, including one with the Twilight actor.

"Three nights in, I went out and met a girl who was like, 'Hey, I like your music, I work for a label and we would love to sign you. Where are you staying, do you need a place to stay?' And I was like, 'Yeah I do,'" Soko said. "The same night I had a blind date with Robert Pattinson!"

Pattinson and Stewart dated during their Twilight days until they broke up in 2012. Ever since then, there have been constant rumors surrounding who the ex-couple has been dating next. The actor has reportedly moved on to British singer FKA Twigs while chances are likely that Stewart is with Soko now.

The French artist also dished on what made her decide to give Los Angeles a try.

"I was living in Seattle," she said. "I was going to move to New York, everything was set up and then I had a dream, when I woke up I was like, I have to move to LA!"
