Kelly Osbourne returned to work on her show Fashion Police two weeks after collapsing on set.

The 28-year-old suffered a seizure on March 7 on the set of her E! show and was rushed to Cedars-Sinai hospital, where she remained for five days. She is now back to work and tweeted on March 20, "#SoHappy I just got the al clear from my doctor to go back to work tomorrow!!!!!"

Her Police co-star, Joan Rivers, tweeted a picture of Osbourne sitting on her lap on the set of their with their arms around each other. She tweeted on March 21, "Welcome back Kelly!!! THRILLED to have my darling @MissKellyO back on set at @e_FashionPolice."

Osbourne's first show after her return had NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon as its guest. Gordon reportedly told Osbourne during taping, "We're thrilled to have you on the show. It wouldn't be the same for me and my wife [without you]."

Osbourne replied, "Well, I'm glad to be back!"

Osbourne was "given a clean bill of health" by her doctors earlier in the month and doctors ran numerous tests before determining that her seizures were "most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results," her rep told E! The television star is engaged to vegan baker Matthew Mosshart, whom she had been dating for more than a year.

In December 2011, she fractured her hand in three places when she fell out of bed and admitted that she has a habit of getting injured by tweeting, "I must be the most accident prone/stupid person it the world." In November of that same year she cracked her head open, in July 2012 she was hit in the forehead by a fellow Delta Airlines passenger who was trying to recline her seat, and in February of this year she purposely sprained her ankle to avoid falling into a toilet in February 

Osbourne along with Rivers, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos host Fashion Police on Fridays at 10 p.m. on E!.
