Another day, another controversy surrounding the Duggar family. This time around fans are worried that Jessa Duggar might be putting her almost 5-month-old son Spurgeon Elliot in danger after posting a photo of him next to her husband Ben Seewald on her Instagram account this past week.

In the pic, Ben can be seen reading at the couple's favorite café while little Spurgeon is sitting in a car seat on the floor right next to him. That right there got her social media followers very concerned for Spurgeon's safety, as many believe that a young baby his age shouldn't fall asleep in an unrestrained seat.

Some comments include, "It is dangerous to leave an infant in a car seat as their main place to be," along with, "Not suppose to leave a child strapped in their car seat, too many babies have died that way."

One fan did defend the couple by writing, "Babies have slept in car seats and bouncers for years and years and there's been no evidence, just opinions on why they shouldn't. Calm down people and just let Jessa be. She is doing an excellent job as a first time mom."

So far, neither Jessa nor Ben have made any comments about the criticism. The couple will soon be seen on the second season of their spin-off show, Jill and Jessa: Counting On.
