There's no doubt that George Clooney is definitely head-over-heels in love with his wife, Amal Clooney. That's why it shouldn't surprise fans that the Hollywood actor has proclaimed the British-born beauty the most beautiful woman in the world while also revealing how he first fell in love with her.

According to Hello Magazine on Wednesday, George just can't stop talking about his wife to the press even though Amal has said very little about their personal life in return.

He said, "Everything about [Amal] attracted me to her. The thing which really impressed me the most about her was how incredibly smart she is, and I've never had so many great discussions as I've had with her. She's also beautiful and elegant and someone I knew I wanted to spend my life with."

What's more, George also says that the couple keep in touch with social media. The actor in the past has said that he's not a fan of sites like Facebook and Twitter, yet it looks like he's using them to keep in touch with Amal.

He explained, "We also stay in touch via social media so we try to keep close even if we're in different parts of the world. We have a place in London now where it's easy for us to spend a lot of time together and I can work on new film projects - writing, reading scripts - or we can go to Lake Como or spend time in Los Angeles when I need to have meetings for my acting work, or hang around with some of my friends."
