It's time for the CW's 100 to lay claim to Marvel's "It's All Connected" tagline.

From innocuous city names to long-forgotten characters, the post-apocalyptic drama used its most recent episodes to neatly weave seemingly disparate storylines into season 3's overarching AI mythos. Now that Luna's name is officially back in the mix, fans should prepare for the Grounder/Arker tale to head in a surprising new direction.

Another clan is coming to town, and we sat down with series creator Jason Rothenberg to find out what exactly is behind this mysterious teaser:

"We are going to see a new clan for sure, and that episode is 14," Rothenberg told us at WonderCon, referencing "Red Sky At Morning." "I think we will meet people that we've talked about before."

And when Rothenberg says "new" clan, he doesn't mean the advent of one of the 12. While the Boat Clan might eventually come into play due to Luna's reemergence, the EP is teasing something else.

"It's hard for me to say without spoiling what it is," Rothenberg explained. "I promise you that it will be satisfying and cool for long time fans. A person that we talked about for a while comes into the show in a really interesting, awesome way."
