When Britney Spears hung out in Malibu, Calif. with friends on Sunday and took off her black cover-up she gave paparazzi an eyeful.

Spears, 31, showed off her toned body at a gathering at her friend's house. After removing her beach cover-up, photographers took photos of the Toxic singer wearing a strapless blue-and-white striped bikini with a blue bikini bottom and revealed a belly button piercing.

Spears was glowing and maybe not so much from the California sun- she was spotted smiling while holding hands on Friday with her new boyfriend David Lucado. The new couple have been rumored to be dating for several weeks. The former X Factor judge was wearing a chic black dress with pink details while showing off her PDA with Lucado, an Atlanta native who works for a law firm. She was first spotted on a date with him on Valentine's Day.

Spears is expected to sign a two-year Las Vegas residency deal with Caesars Entertainment. The deal, which is similar to Celine Dion's Live at Caesars Palace deal, is expected to be finalized in the next two weeks, according to a source.

Spears arrived in Las Vegas with Lucado on Friday and a source told Las Vegas Sun that she would not have been in Sin City if it "wasn't a done deal."

The couple stayed at Caesars Palace and the mother-of-two met with Caesars executives over dinner at Nobu. They also checked out Cirque Du Soleil show at the Bellagio Hotel during their stay, added the insider.
