La’Porsha Renae sang “Diamonds” by Rihanna for her Song of the Season on the American Idol Finale on Wednesday, April 6.

“Diamonds” was Renae's first big moment on the show. Keith thinks both contestants have been singing like it’s the finals, and he praises La’Porsha for what she’s accomplished. Jennifer says she can’t wait to go to a La’Porsha concert someday and see her let loose. Harry asks who La’Porsha was thinking about during the song and she responds - her daughter.
