Demi Lovato has been the victim of a number of public spills in the past, and unfortunately, today's event is another to add to the list. Lovato took the stage at WE Day at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., but while stepping out to address the crowd, the brunette beauty lost her step and fell down on her bum!

Fans cheered as she dusted herself off and waved at her fans to let them know she’s OK.

You can hear the audience gasp as Demi trips, but amazingly she doesn’t completely fall on her face, and almost instantaneously recovers. Though she must have been feeling slightly embarrassed in the moment as anyone would, she took it in stride and proudly threw her hands in the air after declaring, “I’m okay!” The whole thing, though scary for a second, turned out to be a pretty adorable moment that got her some major applause from the crowd. And Demi more than made up for the literal slip-up when she later belted out “Stone Cold” to the audience and was #flawless.

The 23-year-old has said before she struggles with high heels – telling Jimmy Kimmel she swapped to flats for a while to try and protect herself. That didn’t help though so she decided "if I’m going to fall anyway, I might as well look taller doing it!"
