Adrienne Maloof has confirmed what her "secret" is. After days of vicious rumors swirling around her following her absence on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion show recently, the star has now revealed her big secret that everyone has been speculating about.

Speaking about her secret Maloof has revealed that she was under a gag order, and so would not have been able to talk at the reunion easily, saying it would have been "very boring."

However, she also has revealed that she wanted to "leave with some dignity" and that she is "so upset with Brandi [Glanville]."

According to celebrity gossip guru Perez Hilton, Maloof has said: "What was I going to do at the reunion? Sit there and say, 'Can't talk. Under gag order'? It would have been very boring. ... I told Andy [Cohen], 'I'm so upset with Brandi, I don't know what I'll say.' ... I wanted to leave with some dignity."

Speculation had sparked by Brandi Glanville that the reality TV star's children had been born by a surrogate. Rumors swirled in the days after, but it now seems that those initial rumors were spot on; Maloof did indeed use a surrogate to have her twins.

Bravo Host Andy Cohen has said, "This season was hard on Adrienne - as you now all know - a secret about her family was revealed by Brandi [Glanville] and from that moment on, Adrienne refused to speak directly about it ... Not only is she absent tonight, but she won't be on the show next season,"

In a previous statement to Celebuzz, Maloof had also spoken about the situation, saying: "I think that Andy has to understand that [ex-husband] Paul [Nassif] and I were under a gag order from the court system, not to be able to speak about our marriage, our children, our divorce.I'm just starting new and fresh and living with some dignity.

Celebuzz has also reported that a friend of Maloof revealed that the reality star was advised by a child psychologist to keep the surrogacy a secret from her children until they were old enough to understand.

The source said Maloof "barely even talks about her kids on television. She's all about her business on the show. A child psychologist recommended she wait until they are 10 years old."

"She doesn't want them teased at school or asked about it."
