The entire entertainment world might be raving about Kate Middleton's fashion choices during her state trip to India this week, but it looks like at least one person is appalled by it, and that's Queen Elizabeth.

Apparently, there's a new rumor that says the Queen is none too happy over the fact that the Duchess has had yet another public wardrobe malfunction. This time around her underwear and rear were exposed when the wind got the best of her dress during an outing with her husband, Prince William.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry on Wednesday, Kate's faux pas happened when she and her husband were honoring India's lost soldiers during World War I. Eyewitnesses say that she accidentally flashed the cameras with her underwear while trying to tame her uncontrollable hair.

What's more, the Queen supposedly blames the Duchess' already controversial sense of style, as the rest of the royal family never seem to be publicly embarrassed as much as her. Either she needs a good course in royal style or her personal assistants need to be sacked.

As blogger Stormy Elizabeth puts it, "A weighted (or longer) skirt, practical bun in her hair or a hat as Queen Elizabeth favors - would have had Kate looking like a future Queen of England rather than a flighty fashion-focused diva. Let's hope Queen Elizabeth gives her granddaughter-in-law some advice on royal decorum upon their return from India."

She also added rather cheekily, "Let's hope Kate Middleton makes it through her tour of India with Prince William with no more embarrassments for the Royal family and her knickers properly tucked away!"
