Teen Mom reality star Amber Portwood has been given one more chance to clean up her act. An Indiana judge sentenced her to drug rehabilitation today after a plea deal was struck that would avoid jail time. If she doesn't complete rehab, she'll find herself behind bars.

According to TMZ, Portwood was arrested last December for drug possession and failing to take a urine test, which violated her probation after her initial arrest for fighting with her baby daddy Gary Shirley.

Portwood will remain in custody pending a full evaluation by the Madison County Drug Court team, which could take up to two weeks. Once accepted into the program, the judge is expected to release her.
