Kate Middleton endured a difficult start to her pregnancy after she was hospitalized for a rare case of morning sickness, but according to insiders after getting better from the condition, she is "feeling fabulous" as she prepares for the arrival of her and Prince William's baby.

The Duchess of Cambridge who is due to give birth has not confirm the baby's gender is reportedly enjoying planning the baby's nursery.

"She's finally getting a chance to enjoy her pregnancy," an insider told People magazine. "It's a fabulous time."

According to a report by The Hollywood Life, Middleton has already picked out the hospital where she will give birth and even chose her doctor. The mom-to-be is said to make arrangements to give birth at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Paddington. The hospital is the same facility where Prince William and brother Prince Harry was born.

Middleton has reportedly tapped Alan Farthing as one of the OB-GYN doctors to assist with the delivery of the baby. His friend Nick Ross described him as "charming, cool, reliable" to People.

Queen's Elizabeth's doctor, Marcus Setchell is also said to assist Middleton on her big day. Setchell s described as a "lovely old-school gentleman," and a source said that he is "highly rated by the Queen."

Royal fans will have the opportunity to watch Middleton's pregnancy as the Duke and Dutchess' first pregnancy will be filmed in a documentary. The one-hour special, entitled, William Kate and The Royal Baby will be sold to buyers during the 2013 MIPTV market in France, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The special which is co-produced by CB Productions and Marathon for France 3, will be released in July, just in time for the baby's arrival.

The show will take an inside look in the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's first child and what the future will be like with the newest member of the world's most famous family.

According to reports, Prince Williams is already gearing up for the expansion of his family and handed in his notice to leave his post an RAF Search and Rescue Pilot.

"Williams is ready to take on new challenges - as a royal and within the armed forces," the source said.

The source added that William will make an official announcement next month and will leave officially around the time Middleton gives birth around July.
