His behaviors have been noted for being a bit out there and not what most would consider normal, and now, the reasons for his bizarre mannerisms could be revealed about Dr. Finn Hudson (Michael Easton) on General Hospital.

The doctor who correctly diagnosed Tracy (Jane Elliott) as having parasitic worms in her brain and who helped Griffin (Matt Cohen) successfully operate on her and save her life, has come off as blunt and strange to several people, with his insistence that his lizard Roxie is a service animal, and his resistance to growing any sort of attachments to others. His uncanny resemblance to the late Dr, Silas Clay has also stunned everyone who has come into contact with him.

What no one has known about him however is that he has been so secretive because he's been fighting something unknown-which has required him to constantly secretly inject himself with something unknown. But now, after he went to his room at the Metro Court for another injection, and wound up missing all of his wake-up calls from hotel staff-as well as the endless stream of attempts by Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to get him back to the hospital for the lecture he was supposed to give about Tracy's condition-Carly (Laura Wright) has gone into his room. And when she walks in and discovers Finn passed out on the couch with his needles right next to him, she will be stunned by what she has found.

"What did you do to yourself?" Carly asks in a preview clip for the Friday, April 15 episode.

Without him being able to address the real reason he is injecting himself however, Carly could jump to the conclusion that his injections are the sign of a serious drug problem-and such a concern could mean trouble for Port Charles's newest doctor.

However, if Finn wakes up, he may need to explain himself to Carly, and she could be forced into keeping a big secret for him that no one else is allowed to know.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
