Actress Lindsay Lohan reportedly told her legal team she will enter lockdown rehab if she's able to have her Adderall prescription with her.

According to TMZ, sources close to Lohan, 26, say she has been taking Adderall for years and she "believes she needs it to function." While she was in jail in 2010, a doctor prescribed her the medication.

However, the tabloid reports that people close to the actress believe the prescription medication, commonly used for ADHD, lead to her recent breakdowns.

But in order to attend rehab, Lohan wants Adderall to be part of the negotiation or she will go on trial. Her lawyer, Mark Heller, reportedly said he'd find a rehab facility that would allow her to have her prescription.

The Liz and Dick star has been in Brazil to promote a clothing line called John John Denim. During her stay in Brazil, she made it to the news when she reportedly hid under a table in a nightclub in Sao Paulo.

Sources told E! Lohan will be back in the U.S. on Monday and wants to stay longer in Brazil.

It is not known which rehab clinic Lohan could possibly stay in.
