Either there's a new Kardashian making its debut later this year or the reality television family really knows how to milk a good story line for publicity. Whatever the case may be, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, who earlier this month announced their engagement, was spotted heading to an OBGYN office in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon.

But to make things even more bizarre, Rob's sister Kim Kardashian was spotted going inside the office with them, too. Rob and Kim had a falling out two years ago after he refused to attend her wedding to Kanye West in Italy back in May of 2014.
