Does Yolanda Foster believe Lisa Vanderpump was the one who encouraged Lisa Rinna to talk about allegations of Munchausen Syndrome on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?

During last night's reunion special, Foster spoke about her doubts in her co-star.

"I'm really confused," Foster explained, turning to Vanderpump. "I want to believe what you are saying but I'm doubting it because I lost my compass. I had a hard time really going like, 'God, who do I believe? Is this truthful? Is this... Do they really mean what they are saying?' It's very confusing to me.'"

"I admit I was wrong to doubt you, totally," Vanderpump responded.

"Lisa, we've seen you through the years do things, even if you don't do it purpose, try to manipulate things," Foster continued. "You know, you are great at what you do. You are a very powerful woman. You're beautiful, you're funny, you make us laugh, but I think in certain times you manipulate things in a certain way that will look great for the show, but you can't run over dead bodies to get a great show. Sometimes the integrity in it and the compassion for other people should be first."

"And that got lost," Lisa Rinna added.

Then, when host Andy Cohen asked Foster if her comments suggested she believed Rinna's claim regarding Vanderpump's alleged suggestion to make a story line out of a statement made about Munchausen Syndrome, Foster admitted, "It is possible."

According to Rinna, Vanderpump said, "There's our story line," when she found out about Rinna's hairstylist's comment about Munchausen Syndrome, in which those with the mental disorder fake illnesses to garner themselves attention and sympathy, but according to Vanderpump, she simply did not say that.

Rinna also claimed Vanderpump made the comment with a microphone on as she and her co-stars filmed Rinna's birthday dinner at the end of last year in Beverly Hills.
