Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani might be head-over-heels in love with one another, but it looks like their fans have had enough. In fact, they might be getting quite the backlash from the public in the coming days as it looks like everyone has had enough of their constant PDA and media coverage of their relationship.

And now, fans are suspicious that Shelton and Stefani might be working in overdrive to promote their duet, "Go Ahead And Break My Heart" along with their reality singing competition show, The Voice through what some are calling a faux-romance.

On a post about the couple on People Magazine's website, some comments from readers include, "Enough Already!!! I watch the voice for the progression of the talent. Gwen Stefani has been shoved so hard down our throats, it is enough to make one vomit! She must be paying big bucks to promote herself...wow. I thing respect and attention should be paid to all the current coaches. I would much rather Christina sing....because she can actually sing without auto tune!!!" along with, "Honestly asking: is this all a ratings push for The Voice? It seems like the show is still going strong, but these two have been constantly covered."

Another fan wrote, "I guess the ratings really need it or they wouldn't be promoting this so bad. Really sad. I thought they didn't want attention on their relationship but I guess a loved up duet on their TV show doesn't count."

So far, neither Shelton nor Stefani have made any comments about the criticism.
