While a big congratulations is in order for Michael Phelps and Nicole Johnson on the birth of their child, there's one person who's not all that enthusiastic about it.

Rumor has it that Phelps dated Taylor Lianne Chandler back in 2014. While he never confirmed this, Chandler claims this happened and has been open about it ever since. But the swimmer is currently with Johnson and now they have a son together. So how does Chandler feel about this?

Not good.

The woman is claiming-- like she did in the past-- that Phelps was cheating on her and she didn't realize it. Now she's saying that Johnson is with Phelps knowing what his reputation is like with women and it doesn't help that they have a child.

"I used to feel sorry for Nicole, but she willingly signed up for what she is in now," Chandler wrote on Facebook on Friday. "I understand knowing what she knows having a baby to secure her future. The difference between us is that I wouldn't be that cruel to a child, to bring them into all this! Nothing has changed other than the discretion and clean up and manipulating of the news."

Chandler continues her post by saying how she truly feels about Johnson as well as Phelps' apparent issues with alcohol.

"Nicole is a selfish, horrible person for bringing another life into all this," the woman said. "You all think it's bizarre that he won't admit to being an alcoholic...lol it's because he never was one. Family traveled with him constantly after rehab not for support, but to keep his behaviors in check. The man I 'knew' and gave myself to and made plans for the future with never existed. Wake up to the world you live in!"
