Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's marriage is reportedly crumbling.

As rumors continue to swirl regarding Pitt's relationships with his Allied co-star, Lizzy Caplan, and his Five Seconds of Silence co-star, Marion Cotillard, a source claims tensions between Pitt and his wife have reached an all-time high.

Pitt and Jolie's marriage "has disintegrated into withering glances and stony silences," an insider told In Touch Weekly, according to a report by Design & Trend on Monday. "Brad feels that their almost two-year union is unsalvageable."

According to a second report, Pitt and Jolie are involved in a "vicious tug of war" over their ongoing movie projects -- and whose commitments are more important.

“This is tearing them apart, but Brad’s got no choice,” an insider revealed to Radar Online last month. “He’s done more than enough to help her directing career, even risking his own reputation in her schmaltzy flop By the Sea, and now it’s time to get back to work.”

While the couple previously had a rule which stated that they would never be working at the same time for the sake of their six children, they have reportedly gone against the agreement.

“They’re at war over who’s looking after the kids since that agreement got blown out the window with her desire to turn her directing career into a success after several failures,” revealed the insider.

Also causing a rift between the couple is Jolie's alleged "demons."

"Angie has some serious dark demons that have never entirely let go and it is still affecting her life and marriage," an insider told Hollywood Life in January. "Her wild lifestyle when she was younger and her intense surgeries to avoid getting breast and ovarian cancer have taken a toll on her as a person and a life partner. Some of her issues force her to retreat into isolation and pull away from Brad and the kids. It is impossible to be entirely free from who she once was."
